India Association of Oklahoma

India Association of Oklahoma (IAOK). IAOK is a non-profit, non-political, and non sectarian organization formed in 1976 with the primary goal to promote and celebrate the cultural heritage of India. The Association provides a common forum to all members and encourages them to actively participate in the social activities and rich traditions that we have all inherited from our Motherland. The Association and our members organize various community functions such as Diwali, New Year’s Eve Party, a spring festival and various music programs. We publish a membership directory every year which also provides members of the business community with an opportunity to advertise their services. In addition to directory, India Association also publishes several newsletters a year with information that we think would be helpful for members including topics ranging from cultural events and teen activities to health updates and community announcements (weddings, births, graduations etc).
